How far in advance do I receive the hardware? expand_more
You receive your equipment 2 to 3 business days before the actual start of your event or rental period. This gives you ample time to unpack, test power-on and connectivity, and launch your event with total peace of mind.
What happens if there is no mobile network at the venue? expand_more
If your event venue has no 4G or 5G coverage (forest, mountain, remote jobsite, basement, or white zone), we provide our Starlink Business satellite kits or Welink Pop (battery-powered autonomous Starlink Mini). You enjoy high-speed satellite connectivity up to 350 Mbps wherever the sky is clear.
Do I need technical skills for the installation? expand_more
None whatsoever. We prepare and configure each router in our lab before dispatch: Wi-Fi network name, password, and security policies are pre-programmed. Upon delivery, plug it into a 220V socket and wait 60 seconds: it connects automatically to the best network.
How does the return work, and who pays for shipping? expand_more
Return shipping is 100% paid by Welink-tech. A prepaid return shipping label (express courier or postal service) is always enclosed in the original parcel. At the end of your event, put the equipment back into its box, apply the return label, and drop off at any parcel point. Zero fees, zero paperwork.
How many users or devices can connect simultaneously? expand_more
Our packages scale exactly to your event size: from a compact router for 5 to 15 devices (cash register, POS terminal, manager laptop) up to professional high-density Wi-Fi 6 access points supporting 500 to 5,000 concurrent attendees without congestion.
What should I do if an issue arises during the event? expand_more
All our hardware is remotely monitored 24/7 by our telecom network operations center (NOC). If an anomaly is detected, we resolve it remotely in real time. In addition, a direct priority phone line to a dedicated engineer is provided for the entire duration of your event.
